What it does
Sentinel (AI Agent) in the order-to-cash flow
Sentinel is how most people will use Noblle. It lives in WhatsApp, watches the operational model continuously, and speaks up when something needs a decision, a job about to run late, a material short against a committed order, a quote about to expire, an invoice overdue.
It is bidirectional. Sentinel answers questions in plain language ("what is the status of the Henderson order?") and takes action on instruction ("push job 4182 to Thursday", "confirm the order from the last message"), with permissions and an audit trail behind every change.
Sentinel is grounded in the causal ontology engine rather than a generic chatbot layer. It knows which relationships in this specific factory matter, which supplier delays actually threaten which customers, which machines are the real constraint, and so its alerts stay relevant instead of becoming noise.
The design goal is simple: the less time anyone spends inside a screen, the better the system is working. Sentinel exists so the ERP reaches out when it matters and stays quiet when it does not.
