What it does
MRP in the order-to-cash flow
Noblle MRP explodes accepted orders into material requirements and work centre load, then produces a schedule the floor can actually follow. It is built for discrete, made-to-order and made-to-spec production rather than high-volume repetitive lines.
Bills of materials, routings, setup and run times, and work centre calendars combine into a plan that respects finite capacity. When a rush order lands, the impact on existing commitments is visible before the order is promised.
Shortages are surfaced as actions, not reports: what to buy, how much, and by when to protect a due date. Purchase suggestions flow straight into Supply Chain.
Floor feedback closes the loop. Operators confirm progress from a phone, so the plan reflects what has been made rather than what was assumed at the start of the week.
