Building the ERP that SME manufacturers will actually use

Manufacturing software has been available for decades, yet the majority of small and mid-sized factories still run their order-to-cash process on spreadsheets, whiteboards, phone calls and WhatsApp threads. It is not a lack of ambition, it is that traditional ERP demands an implementation programme, a dedicated administrator and a level of manual data discipline that a 40-person factory cannot sustain.

Noblle started from the opposite premise: assume nobody has time to feed the system. Build the operational model first, learn the factory's own causal relationships from the work that already happens, and expose it through the channel people already have open, WhatsApp on a phone in their pocket.
